Become a Friend

Support of the Lexington Public Library is made possible in a part through the generosity of our Friends members. Friends will sponsor a wide range of free Library programs and services throughout the year that have a positive impact on people in the Lexington community. Your support will also ensure additional benefits for our libraries and staff. The Friends of the Lexington Public Library membership application may be printed and mailed to:

Membership

There are five different levels of Friends membership:

Individual ($10)

This basic membership entitles you to receive the print version of the Library's monthly calendar of events, 10% discount on purchases in Friends Book Cellar, entrance to Preview Night at Friends Book Sales, and volunteer opportunities.

Household ($20)

All of the Individual membership benefits are given to couples along with their children (under 18 years).

Patron ($30)

All of the Individual membership benefits.

Sponsor ($50-up)

All of the Individual membership benefits.

Lifetime ($200)

All of the Individual membership benefits for life.
